At Nazca Nails, we take great pride in creating high-quality, handmade, and customizable products. Due to the nature of our items, we have a no refund or exchange policy unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

Order Issues & Complaints

 

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nazcanails@gmail.com with:

Your order number

A detailed description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to resolve any issues.

 

Important Notes

Handmade Variations:

 

Since our products are handmade, slight variations in design, color, or size (±0.5-1 mm) may occur. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.

 

Custom Orders:

 

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final unless an error was made on our part.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

 

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
