Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

International Shipping Policy

Nazca Nails ships to select international destinations. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nazca Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
